    • Three phase units receive, One Major, One Minor preventative
      maintenance check.
    • Single phase units receive, One Major preventative maintenance check.
    • No-charge parts replacement (excluding batteries).
    • No-charge on-site emergency service labour and travel costs.
    • Advanced battery maintenance and testing.
    • Infrared temperature sensing for problem areas (ensures mechanical integrity).
    • Tachometer measurements of fan speed for poor air circulation.
    • Four hour on-site response time.
    • 24 Hour service hot-line.
    • One time per year no-charge (labour only) battery replacement where
      batteries purchased from CSI.
    • 15% Discount on parts and labour required beyond plan coverage,
      (excluding batteries).
    • Harmonic Distortion Analysis, to ensure total harmonic distortion THD
      is less than IEEE standard of (5) percent, performed during major p.m.
    ** Preventative maintenance will be performed at customer's convenience,

  • Air Conditioning Maintenance:

    Reliable operation of your computer room precision air conditioning system is vital to securing business operation through information technology systems. Our available service support is performed by experienced and factory certified technicians. The services are available on a 7 day 24 hour basis.

  • Fire Integrity Testing

    Room Integrity Testing

    Enclosures protected by gaseous fire suppression systems should tested for air-tightness upon commissioning of the system and annually thereafter. This is critical to ensure that the system will work effectively when activated; too much air-leakage will result in the concentration of the fire suppressant agent falling too quickly.

    Inspection will be performed in accordance with NFPA 2001, of the following, as applicable:

    1. Check positioning of all nozzles.

    2. Check for visible signs of deterioration.

    3. Check all system hoses visually for damage.

    4. Check agent quantity and pressure of all cylinders.

    5. Check for shut down on all equipment.

    6. Test operation of manual release.

    7. Test operation of all automatic detector.

    8. Test operation of remote manual release.

    9. Clear all nozzles.

    10. Re-seal all safety pins.

    11. Re-seal all manual releases.

    12. Re-activate systems - safety pins removed.
     
    13. Insure personnel have been instructed on operation of system.

    14. Document cylinder date and serial number.

    15. Check Fire Alarm for proper Operation Including

    - Sequence of Operation

    - Actuation Devices

    - Alarm Devices

    - Delay Devices

    - Audible Devices

    - Visual Devices

    - Equipment Shutdown

    - Other related functions

    16. Supply complete Inspection Reports and Comments.

    Engine Generators: Available in 5 Kva to 2000 Kva ratings. Available in Diesel, Natural Gas & Propane Fuel. CSI provides comprehensive engineering and installation services. We handle all aspects of the requirements including: site audits, conceptual layout plans, design drawings, project management, installation, and Ministry of Environment Approval Assistance. We have supplied and installed engine generators manufactured by: Caterpillar, Onan-Cummins, Harper Detroit Diesel, and Kholer.
