CSI works with its client during the Decision Phase
establishing key criteria, such as infrastructure and
environmental implementation schedules. We will resource
preferred suppliers and provide a cost estimate to create
the facility. Beginning with a management overview analysis
of the computer environment, CSI reviews the client's
needs in terms of available space, work flow, operations,
equipment configuration, building services and future
expansion plans. Based on the objectives from the client's
management overview, a conceptual plan is drafted. CSI
provides the engineering analysis and cost budget estimates
needed to decide what to build, when and why. The plan
includes a conceptual design with a detailed room layout
drawing. |
