The final step of a data centre project, the delivery phase marks the beginning of construction, delivery and installation of all the electrical, mechanical, architectural and monitoring equipment. Responsibility for building the facility is handled by CSI as part of the turnkey project. CSI can also work as part of the team with a separate general contractor. The relationship between CSI and its client doesn't end upon completion of the construction project. CSI provides training on the supplied equipment and as part of the turnkey solution, a 24 hour, 365-day on site service support and one year warranty is offered on the complete turnkey solution.
