Take the first step towards a reliable IT environment Team up with CSI. We'll conduct a Data Centre Facility Audit that will identify all major or minor deficiencies that pose a risk to your operations. Then collectively, using our Conceptual Design process, we will map out your most effective route to a reliable and secure environment. We may even be able to bring your existing IT facility up to today's standards in a phased approach to fit within your budget.
CSI works with its client during the Decision Phase establishing key criteria, such as infrastructure and environmental implementation schedules. We will resource preferred suppliers and provide a cost estimate to create the facility. Beginning with a management overview analysis of the computer environment, CSI reviews the client's needs in terms of available space, work flow, operations, equipment configuration, building services and future expansion plans. Based on the objectives from the client's management overview, a conceptual plan is drafted. CSI provides the engineering analysis and cost budget estimates needed to decide what to build, when and why. The plan includes a conceptual design with a detailed room layout drawing.
At the Design Phase, CSI translates the client's objectives and functional criteria into a fully integrated architectural, mechanical and electrical design package. CSI renders construction level drawings, which are tailored for use in CSI's turnkey construction project or detailed for use by others.
The final step of a data centre project, the delivery phase marks the beginning of construction, delivery and installation of all the electrical, mechanical, architectural and monitoring equipment. Responsibility for building the facility is handled by CSI as part of the turnkey project. CSI can also work as part of the team with a separate general contractor. The relationship between CSI and its client doesn't end upon completion of the construction project. CSI provides training on the supplied equipment and as part of the turnkey solution, a 24 hour, 365-day on site service support and one year warranty is offered on the complete turnkey solution.
